Tina,
I am grappling with the digilux. I had my digital camera stolen -- I
use it at work, and it walked from there. It was small and perfect
for what I was doing --- taking copies of X-rays. The camera needs to
be able to focus pretty close. How close will the digilux focus in
"real" life? Sorry to burden you. I would have just jumped in, but
the camera was about twice the price I had "expected", and so I'm
more "nervous" of losing it again. If however the camera can be
seriously used as well, then perhaps its worth the investment.

I could just buy an older diglux(fuji) otherwise.

Cheers
