We don;t have to like it, we can complain, but get used to it. Asking for your money back is long term useless..... you might get your $$$ back but the behaviors and attitudes of the screeners will not change. Now that they are or shortly will be federalized, it will get worse. They have no COMMERCIAL responsible entity to be held accoountable to Ever try to complain tio the IRS?....... and we have not been able to change that system for years......
