Easily $15,000 to $20,000 worth over the past five or so years. I have ALWAYS shipped immediately and told the LUGger to either send me a check if they like the item or send the item back if it is not what they wanted. I have NEVER been disappointed. I have ALWAYS received the check and only two times did I receive the item back. And that wasn't because of any fault with the item.
