Actually, that link is about how bad Pacbell tech support is. Not about our 
problem per se. Funny sad sort of way.

Anyway, I thought misery loves company? :-) Have you checked 
comp.periph.printers? It may very be a bug that they won't fix as OSX is a 
small market. Oh yea, change to Windows if you want your problems solved....
