It has a very convenient one-part sliding lenshood which works quite well, and the lens itself produces great photos... at least to my eye and to a few brides. So, what am I missing? What do the newer 50mm Summilux lenses have that I need? This isn't a rhetorical question... I really want to know. Jim P.S. Focusing tab? Is that something found on M, but not R glass?
