If the picture looks different on your screen than on the viewer's screen, 
then it's a color management issue and not a photoshop issue.

These days I convert any image I'm going to put on the web to sRGB, because 
when it's viewed with a browser that is not color-synced, throwing away the 
ICC profile from an sRGB image seems to change it less than, say, throwing 
away the ICC profile from an Adobe RGB image.
