Thank you for the explaination. Your pictures show it to be an 
outstanding lens. I'm not current on the Olympus digital lens but I've 
always been favorably impressed by the OM lens that I own. My Zuiko 50mm 
f/1.4 dates to 1973 - I bought it new - and has made some wonderful 
images. The 100/2.8 is amazingly sharp and a fine portrait lens.
