Maybe, really, but in the other hand I remember clearly the M6 TTL 
brochure talking about how good is to have TTL flash capabilities...

Leica used a strong point of their cameras creating a legend feeded by 
literature and acolytes to diminish a real weakness of the whole 
system, that's not bad, personally I dont like so much the use of the 
flash, but the fact is that M line has a courtesy-only flash support, 
as well it may excel in the available light.
