Subject: [Leica] So do I sell the darkroom?

So do I sell the darkroom?

My son is 4 years old in 2 weeks.  

My last darkroom excursion was months before he was born, and a partial
reason was that my wife was concerned with the chemicals during
pregnancy, printing some Ilfochrome.  The darkroom then became the
nursing room.  It is also our TV room.

It is a beautiful setup, good up to 4x5 but I only shoot MF, and 35mm
(lots of Leica - on topic!).  

But - unused for 4 years?  It is edging towards the "selling block".
Packing and shipping it intimidates me.
