M7 meter, about a quarter of a second (leaning on the railing), pre-dawn, 
sodium lights. Provia slide film.
I think it meters exactly like its predecessor, although the shutter speeds 
are theoretically a little more accurately controlled to
go with that.
When you meter and expose thoughtfully it does exactly what you told it to 
do. When your brain is in neutral, say not allowing for a
large dark object in the centre, it faithfully does what you told it to do 
as well (ruins the exposure). Useful to use the frame
select lever which will effectively give you a smaller metered area than the 
standard 11%.I would call it accurate and predictable.
Hard to do better than that.
