There are 2 similar Domke Gripper straps.....One has lots of metal
turnbuckles, clips, rings, etc.  The other is bare bones.  Strap + 2 (old
fashioned) rings.  ( high on the strap ias another ring for interfacing to
the wide strap.).

Suggest you find the more minimal strap.. they are truly great......

Speaking of straps, my M7's plastic lock sleeve seems to be breaking  
apart. Any suggestions on replacement straps? I have a Domke Gripper  
that I rather like, but am a bit afraid of it marring things when  
stuffed in the bag.
