if you're also seller and not only buyer, you will not agree in the new 
rules. There are crooks and dishonest members on both sides, and I would, as 
seller, like to keep the right to give a neg feedback (though I have done it 
only once in 8 years).

I don't understand why ebay is doing this as they usually prefer the buyers 
(who are those who pay them, not the buyers).
