I disagree.....

Used Classic M6 is the best buy out there in Leica.  Buy a body for $1000 or
less.  Send it to your favorite repair place for $300 and get a full tuneup.

For $1300, you have one of the best cameras available for film.  Period.

As far as comparing a used camera to a new one... again I disagree.  It is a
fair comparison for users.  I think the entire reason for the Summarit lens
line is used Summicrons.  In fact, a used 28 Elmarit is MORE expensive than
a new Elmarit ASPH.

It is function for function comparison.    Used vs new is a risk assessment
issue which affects price.
