After several decades in the computer operations business I have reached the 
conclusion that secondary MXs are a bad idea. They just increase the number 
of places that you have to look for lost mail, and they create rarely-used 
flow paths that increase the burden of operating the whole network. I'd 
rather queue the mail upstream than at a secondary.
