If Erwin had commercial interest in Leica, do you really think he  
would be stating in his review of the 3.8/24mm that it is at least as  
good if not better than the much more expensive 2.8/24mm? He has  
certainly been critical of Leica when warranted. These insinuations  
about his commercial interests come up from time to time, are always  
unsubstantiated and are denied by Erwin. Having met him in person  
several times, I choose to believe him.
