There is a possibility the initial acceleration may be more consistent ddue to the electronics (banned in F1) and maybe 4WD but after that nowhere :-) Example F1 car 0-100 kph between 2.5 secs and 3.0 secs depending on tyre and track surface, but then 100 kph to 200 kph is about 2.3 secs, Bugatti nowhere near of course. Braking and cornering the Bugatti is pretty rubbish even compared to quite a few road cars, though it mainly depends on which tyre the road car is using.
