It's not a bad shot, compositionally.  It's potentially of historical or 
academic interest, as a record of time/place.

You seem to suggest that the film image is probably not stable. If that's 
the case, I'd take the middle course - get the best original scan you can, 
but don't put any time into post until there's some clear $ign of intere$t.
