This is the ongoing problem when attempting to do
essentially "large format" work
with digital backs (and or cameras).

The most elegant solution is to use a view camera
with the proper focal length lens and one of the sliding backs.
(adding enormous weight, size and cost to the deal)

You can essentially then frame, tilt shift and focus the shot;
then slide the back along the "film" plane
to grab the sections.

Every other approach brings varying degrees of PIA.
