Subject: [Leica] M3 with Summarit 1.5/50mm

I have been offered a Leica M3 (DS) with a 1.5/50mm Summarit M lens for
$1200 (negotiable). Any ideas what is an acceptabel price for this
combination.  As far as I know the Summarit is a much worse perfomer than
even the very first Summilux or the Zeiss Sonnar 1.5/50.
