[Leica] High ISO - now M9 and D3

I use the M9 and the D3 and they compliment one another beautifully.   I
would much rather shoot the M9 and the Zeiss 21/2.8 than the D3 and the
20/2.8 Nikkor (mechanical vignetting, ugh).  I would much rather shoot the
D3 and the 105 DC than the M9 and the 90AA, or the D3 and the 180/2.8
Nikkor than the M9 and the 135/4 or anything attached to a Visoflex.  The
M9 is great at certain things and the D3 is great at certain things.
Note:  I have translated my film shooting style to digital, so I tend to go
with fast lenses when the light is low.  But I will make do with either -
the trick is understanding the limitations of each system and either making
your peace with them or working around them.

What am I trying out today?  A 6x17 Shen Hao back on a Linoff Tech IV with
a 65/4 Nikkor pushed waaay back into the body of the camera. Handheld.
Poor man's Widelux? You bet he's poor . . . he just spent all his damn
money on these beautiful full frame digital cameras.

BTW: the polyanna's view: there has NEVER been a better time to be
interested in making images.  I can't wait to see what the next 10 years
bring!
