Congratulations on turning 90, Herb!

I am a child by comparison, 51, and this month marks 3 years since I quit
smoking and took up regular exercise. I cycled 47 km on Saturday and 62 km
yesterday, in temperatures ranging between 30 and 37 C. I could not have
done this when I was 35.

So I guess it is never too late.

Cheers,
Nathan
