Mark,

Erwin and you both worship Leica as though it were the messiah. People
wouldn't question his credibility if he did not uncritically praise
anything Leica, while dissing anything else, no matter how good.

If you want to compare to Jayanand's work, it would be as though a writer
for the Wall Street Journal constantly praised a single mutual fund
company as though its products were the only thing worth investing in,
regardless of the company's fund's actual performance, while putting down
even funds that outperform his chosen company's funds. If he did that, it
would be considered dishonest and the government would investigate to see
if he was taking bribes or kickbacks...because that is typically why
someone is so uncritically praising of something in the business world.
