Subject: [Leica] Eclipse from Sumper, OR

Just got back from our trip south to see the eclipse.  We went to Sumpter, 
Oregon, avoided all the crowds, had perfect weather and enjoyed my second 
eclipse of the sun, though it was too short.

OK.  Might as well just get the big three out of the way.  No teasers.  View 
large, please.....

Here is the diamond ring effect just before totality.

totality with the filter still on so you can see the prominences from the 
sun?s surface.

More to come, but they will be less interesting as far as an eclipse, but 
maybe some good people shots.

I confess I have not read my digests from when I was gone, so hope these 
stand up to everyone else who shot and posted.
