I bring enough coffee back from Honduras and Guatemala to last until the
next trip. I get it directly from the farmers who grow it on the side of
the mountain and roast it on a metal plate over the fire. I got photos of
them roasting the coffee that I'm drinking this morning and I can smell the
smoke from the fire when I drink the coffee. Brings back lots of
memories. I'm scratching as I type!
