What I'd like to get for the 6 is enough to get another decent M4 + a couple
hundred. M4's are the zenith of Leicas to me. I often have jobs that
require 3 bodies - oh who knows what I'll do - I'm getting nuts.

However, I do now realize I'll never break even on the 0.85 so your advice
is well taken. And maybe I should get another M4 while they're still
reasonable (or an 8 element 35mm 2.0 summi!). Everything's about the same,
1200 > 1400 it seems to me.

What I probably should do is keep everything, work a little harder for a
month, find an 8 element 35 and when the coffers fill again, get the 2nd 4.
I've never been very good at letting go.

Hmm then there's an M3 with preview lever I never had... You know how it
is...

What happened is that I've been in 3's forever, got the 0.85 6, liked it
somewhat, but then picked up a 4 and really fell in love after Sherry K
CLA'd it. It just feels so damn solid.

I do various documentory projects for the city in 35mm plus my own artwork
is 35. Professionally I'm mostly a 4 X 5 architectual/interior location guy
(when I'm not selling health insurance!)

What would you do - I'm really not that hard up for $$$ but hate losing
money on anything and like to allocate as smartly as possible: retirement,
then Leicas. Not the other way 'round.
