Cameraquest also has adapters that cover the sensors and can be coded.
They are the "Type II" adapters. I just confirmed with Steve Gandy
that they can be coded. I did not know of the existence of these
adapters until I went on a search triggered by Eduardo's comment
(Thanks, Eduardo). There are also a few on ebay that look like they
may cover the sensors, but I think I will go with Gandy's.
