same with me, i have the old 80s version of the 28 elmarit, it was
in the 80s among my sharpest lenses, and even my acquisition of 35 lux asph
and 90 AA don't diminish my opinion of this lens.  the one reason i
might think about a new 28 would be the faster cron version, if and when
bonuses return to the finance market.
