Hi Joseph, our fee is fairly typical :-(

I was assuming that we would be liable for may be $1200-$1500, but the
final assessment was a shock. April is a particularly cruel month for us
since it's Tax Day and also the time when the real estate taxes for CA is
due. Also flood insurance that we are *forced* to get because we have a
mortgage etc. We will also talk to the hospital about a payment plan...
