Subject: [Leica] My last aftermarket battery just died

I have six Leica batteries, two from the initial introduction of the M8,
two from the introduction of the M9 and a couple more I acquired because
without a battery a digital camera is just a well styled hockey puck.  All
still work fine, I have them numbered and use them in sequence with no
issues.  It is alway a personal choice but I have found that usually when a
product is cheaper there is a reason; sometimes the reason doesn't matter
to my purposes and I go cheap. With the power source for my camera I will
not accept a battery going dead after a few dozen shots.

With the adapters for my Nex I went cheap, some have a little slop but are
useable, the only one I have any real issues with is the one that takes
Exacta mount because it will let the lens go with out warning.
