Not really, if the camera has gone to sleep it may happen (or using EVF), 
with either camera I automatically press the shutter release slightly as I 
move it to my eye. If you are wanting to take a second or third shot in 
quick succession then the M is far more responsive and of course the big 
difference is B&W or colour ;-)
