We have been able to develop two plans addressing this:

1. Rent a really big dumpster and buy a bottle of single-malt. Halfway 
through, start pitching stuff then have it towed off before we wake up.
2. Sell the house to someone with our same taste in furniture, etc. and 
walk out with just a toothbrush.
