Okay, now I see what they're saying.

Well, we can certainly thank George Bush and John Ashcroft for that. I 
used to walk into Aschroft's office every week to photograph him for a 
while back in the 80s. Seemed like a nice guy back then - but his wife 
was a holy terror.

But when it comes to laws, no other nation can match the US 
Constitution. How it's carried out is the responsibility of the 
administration in charge. Give us a few years to fix that.
